The location was convenient for exploring the attractions nearby, like the Niagara SkyWheel and Ripley's Believe It or Not, both just a short walk away. I really enjoyed the size and cleanliness of the Two-Bedroom room, which was perfect for our family. The modern flooring made it feel fresh and easy to keep tidy. Even with some minor annoyances from other guests, the accommodations were decent for the price we paid.

free parking, good internet, clean facilities
A surprising lack of responsiveness when issues arise!!! The atmosphere feels somewhat outdated, which could benefit from a modern touch!!! The security deposit requirement without prior notice is also a hassle!!!

The location is great for accessing the
Falls and nearby attractions. It was a quick walk to Clifton Hill, making it easy to enjoy the sights. The room was clean and spacious, but the building does show some age. Staff were friendly and accommodating, which made a big difference.

i was absolutely appalled at the room temperature, a frigid 13 degrees celcius with a heater that sounded like a dying elephant. the breakfast situation was just sad, i mean, who really gets excited about toast? i expected a complimentary room upgrade for such ruinous service! but no, just a taste of mediocrity.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was pretty spacious and had comfy beds. I liked having a mini fridge and microwave, which was so handy. Check-in was quick, and parking right at the door made unloading a breeze. The room could use a little refreshing, but overall, it wasn't bad for the price. The breakfast options were pretty disappointing, though. I'd expect a bit more variety for a stay.

The location was perfect for our large family, right near Clifton Hill for fun outings with the kids. We had such a great time exploring, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Our son's family joined us, making it even better!
My wife says that the breakfast options could really use some more variety.
